Getting to Where You Want to Be

George St Pierre is responsible along with his trainer for developing the GSP workout routine. This program was developed to test your limits and get you over the edge and in shape. This program is going to give you the ripped abs you have always dreamed of and will take you about eight weeks to complete. Each session comes with a DVD that you follow step by step with George himself as he pushes along with you to get you in the best shape of your life. He may seem as if he is struggling sometimes, too, and this can help you know that you are not alone in this.

GSP Workout Routine

The GSP workout routine is used by George to maintain his shape. His coach pushes him to reach his goals and to win his fights and remain in great shape. This eight-week program is geared with your fitness goals in mind and helps target each and every muscle to tone and burn fat calories. This is a mixed martial arts program that will help focus on a few areas, including:

  • Endurance
  • Strength
  • Agility as well as balance
  • Core stability
  • Power
  • Flexibility

You are going to get everything that you will need to get started working out today to get in the best shape of your life and watch before your eyes as your body does a complete transformation.

Exercise

George focuses his dieting on carbs, and he states his secret food that he eats is bananas. You should exercise at least five or six days a week, and each session will typically last around 45 minutes. There are circuits that are going to last about five minutes each and then it will switch to something else. This gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for the duration of the workout to target all of your muscles.

DVDs in the Program

Each DVD in the series is going to target your muscles and build them up to improve all different aspects of your body. The GSP workout routine can be done as much as you want in a week, but it is recommended that you do it at least five days a week.

What’s Required?

To do the GSP workout routine, you simply are going to need a set of dumbbells. These will be used with many of the exercises, but some may not require anything. By
watching these DVDs, even if you’re a beginner, you can build yourself up.

You are going to need to stretch prior to working out to prevent any injuries, and you are going to be moving your joints as these workouts are complex and intense. George chooses exercises that are going to help strengthen the core as well as your balance, so the more you do them, the more muscle you are going to build and have in return.
